Restoration/Repair: 1-year warranty on work performed.
Exclusions: Ground movements, natural subsidence , freeze/thaw cycles, water infiltration , overloading, improper use , lack of maintenance , chemicals/de-icers
Claims procedure: All claims must be made in writing within 180 days of the completion of the work.
Legal guarantee: All work also benefits from the legal guarantee provided by the Civil Code of Quebec .
